As an Inside Sales Representative, it’s a sport for you to convince small and medium-sized companies of the benefits that Factris has to offer them. You are not afraid to call, and it gives you satisfaction to be able to make appointments for our Sales Managers. You have experience in or an affinity for financial services, and because you learn quickly, you are quickly able to tell our potential customers everything about factoring. Because you know exactly what the right questions are, you know whether a lead is a potential Factris customer.
Who are we
Factris is a fintech company that offers factoring to small and medium-sized companies in a personal and efficient way. Factris takes over outstanding invoices so that entrepreneurs can focus on the growth of their company. We are currently active in the Netherlands, Lithuania and Latvia and are expanding rapidly to other European countries. Our offices in the Netherlands are located in Amsterdam and Wognum. Renowned venture capital and institutional financiers support Factris. We have a good relationship with our customers, and we operate in a relatively new market. The goal is to become the leader in receivables-based financing to SMEs across Europe.
Your location is Wognum; from there, you work daily with 10 motivated colleagues on the success of Factris. Our head office, where 15 of your colleagues are working, is located in the heart of Amsterdam. In total, the Factris team consists of 45 enthusiastic colleagues whom you will all meet during our team events at home or abroad.
Your main task is to call leads that we obtain from various sources. You call these leads from a high-tech system so that you spend as little time as possible on administration and can quickly continue to your next success!
- You are active in telephone sales
- You qualify leads that come in through the digital marketing channels
- You manage leads from external brokers
- You handle incoming applications from potential customers
- You manage leads that you generate in the sales pipeline, and you guide them through the sales process until they become a Factris customer
- You offer sales support to the Sales Managers
- You reach your monthly targets
Whom are we looking for
- You can work in a fast fintech environment
- You have at least a completed MBO or HBO education
- You have experience in outgoing sales or sales support
- You are driven to achieve your goals in a sales process
- You get the energy to make entrepreneurs happy with a financing solution
- You are a team player, and you learn quickly
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are honest and want to make a career
- You have experience working in CRM systems (preferably in Pipedrive). Moreover, you can easily handle MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
