Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn colleague with a customer-focused attitude. You will contact our customers via phone, email, and our portal, ensuring their questions are answered quickly and effectively. You will also ensure that the invoice purchasing process runs smoothly. In this role, you will follow our policy guidelines and use various online tools to perform your work efficiently and expertly.
You will not only be in close contact with our customers but also frequently collaborate with colleagues in our Risk department on consultations.
Your main workplace will be in Schiedam; however, we also have an office in Amsterdam with plenty of workspaces and friendly colleagues available.
The Factris team consists of more than 50 colleagues, all of whom you will get to know during our team events, held both domestically and abroad.

Your Profile

  • You have completed an MBO4 or HBO education.
  • You are stress-resistant.
  • You are sharp and detail-oriented.
  • You are a team player but also capable of working independently.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch.
  • You have strong MS Office skills (especially Outlook and Excel).
